In the season of summers intake of liquids must be increased. Fresh fruit drinks can be a double treat for your health like this Melon Summer Drink. This recipe is great to make when your melon is not sweet.
Ingredients: Melon pieces (almost half melon), a small piece of ginger, one glass of water, 2 tsp sugar,1 table spoon lemon juice, and mint leaves.
Method:
Add melon pieces, ginger piece, water and sugar in blender, blend it for a while. Sieve it and add lemon juice, also add mint leaves before serving it. A very yummy summer drink is ready! Enjoy it!
